The faithfulness of God's unconditional love is typified through the prophet Hosea's life when God asks him to marry a harlot in light of His people's wayward and adulterous way against Him. Through this prophet, God reveals that His steadfast love endures toward those who have turned away from Him and He is more than willing to forgive and redeem.
